I launched Lucas Partnering because I thought there was a better way to serve clients. Having been on both the client and supplier partner sides of marketing, I believe truly partnering with clients—whether that be with your executive / senior leadership team, integrating with your marketing teams or even providing guidance to your marketing partners—is where value can be added.

I’m not looking to ride in on a white horse and be the hero. I’m not a suit-wearing, fancy-slides consultant. I believe you want and need someone that brings expertise and proven experience to the table and is willing to work with you and your team. That’s what I bring. Because in the end you need results, a hard working partner, and one who can do it with open, honest communication and integrity. If that sounds right to you, then let’s partner.

Marketing Strategy & Planning: Excellent at evaluating current situations, providing guidance and recommendations on how to take your efforts to the next level or what to do next, providing marketing measurement analysis and insight, developing marketing strategies and plans.

Project & Campaign Management and Strategy. Deep expertise/resource for marketing tactical guidance, management and execution, including but not limited to site performance, social media, marketing automation, media, content marketing and management, customer journeys, and data/metrics.

Writing/Content Development. Outstanding writer with deep experience dealing with subject matter experts. Excellent at turning complex information into easy-to-understand content. Proficient in writing for digital, print or oral presentation.

Miscellaneous. Third party guidance on hiring, RFP development and RFP responses. Interim resource during leadership and employee transition phases. Small-to-medium marketing agency guidance and consultation.

Leadership

► I have a deep passion for people-first driven leadership. I’ve always operated from a philosophy and approach of person first, then employee, then job. By all measurements and feedback this approach has been extraordinarily successful—whether that be first-time leader development, to employee engagement metrics, to direct feedback. However, I approach leadership this way not because of measurements, but because I think it simply is the right way to do things. I am open to creative engagements on how you might leverage this thinking and approach for you or your team.
